Dear Patients:
"I am writing this letter to formally introduce and welcome Dr. Jeffrey E. Goldberg to Children's ENT Associates and to the John's Creek medical community. Dr. Goldberg has joined the practice as of January 2008.
I've personally and carefully handpicked Dr. Goldberg to assume my practice. Dr. Goldberg and I have been colleagues for over ten years and I know him to be a talented surgeon and compassionate physician whose clinical skills and genuinely caring manner uniquely qualify him for the care of children and their families. I am confident that he will provide to you the same high quality patient care and personal attention that I have tried to provide to my patients and referring physicians.
Dr. Goldberg has called Atlanta home since 1993 and lives nearby with his wife Faith and their three children. He completed his training in Atlanta and has been a busy and well-respected member of the Atlanta medical community now for over a decade. In this capacity, Dr. Goldberg has acquired a wealth of experience in the medical and surgical care of pediatric and adult ear, nose and throat problems. Both his patients and the colleagues with whom he has worked with closely hold him in the same high regard that I do.
Dr. Goldberg and I have worked together since January and he and I will continue to consult during this transition. He is eager to begin his work in the community. We both are looking forward to this new beginning. I am confident he will be a welcome addition to the John's Creek medical community.
In closing, it has been a Great Honor to work with all of my patients and referring physicians and helping care for every single child in my thirteen plus years of practice in the Atlanta area. My gratitude goes out to each and everyone for the awesome privilege that was given to me. Dr. Jeff Goldberg joined the Johns Creek medical community in January, 2008 with over 15 years of experience in the care and treatment of patients with ear, nose, throat and Head and Neck disorders. His fellowship education and subsequent experience in facial plastic surgery has allowed him to provide these additional highly trained skills and services to his patients and their families. Dr. Goldberg has called Atlanta home since 1993 and lives nearby with his wife Faith and their three children. He is a dedicated father and an active participant in several volunteer and charitable organizations in his community.
